- Continuous communication with newspapers and mass media through holding press meetings and sending reports, news and information
- Cooperation and participation in the preparation of press, radio and television interview programs according to the needs of the club according to the objectives set forth in the club’s statutes.
- Managing and updating the information of the news section of the OSEC club
- Supervising the preparation, compilation and publication of statements, announcements, news and advertisements for inclusion in newspapers and mass media as needed.
- Reviewing the media and preparing news bulletins related to the club
- Cooperation and supervision of related joint activities in units, organizations and centers of the parties of cooperation and understanding with the club
- Follow-up and monitoring of newspaper and media news and content analysis in the field of saffron
- Supervising the preparation of required materials and content and editing of publications and club-affiliated websites
- Managing the organization of the club’s central site
- Carrying out other duties assigned by the club
- Studying and analyzing the news and information published by the public media in connection with the club’s activities and preparing answers and explanations in necessary cases with the coordination of the relevant managers.
- Following up on the preparation and setting of press, radio and television interview programs for club officials as appropriate
- Collecting, compiling and reflecting the news and key information of the club through information bases and portals
- Establishing continuous communication with the media and reflecting the news, events and related events in coordination with the relevant officials
- Preparation of news bulletin for provincial and national senior managers in the field of goals and actions of the club
- Cooperation in editing and prioritizing required news and editing affiliated publications
- Cooperation in preparing news and reports from club meetings and conferences
- Providing operational plans related to the media required by members
