Considering that one of the challenges in the field of saffron in our country is its microbial load, the OSEC club has presented ideas and plans to reduce the microbial load in different stages of planting, growing and harvesting by examining different parts of the saffron production process.
Among these suggestions, the idea of designing a farmer’s cloth has the following criteria;
Undoubtedly, the support of these plans and the widespread use of them by farmers can play an important role in changing the consumer’s view of the quality of the saffron production process.
